I just heard this song on the "Adult Alternative" channel on my TV (those music channels). I first learned about The Bird and the Bee at Milk + Honey, though (always from M + H, huh?), about a month ago. The intro of "Diamond Dave" is what hooked me. A few songs later I heard "Don't You Evah" by Spoon, a song that my friend told me about last summer. Anyway, Spoon is an indie rock band from Austin, Texas. The Bird and the Bee is actually from L.A.
I think I heard "Polite Dance Song" by The Bird and the Bee @ Milk + Honey.
I do like the song "Love Letter to Japan" though.
